Hal Kinsey, jr. from the St. Louis, Missouri area brought his family deep sea fishing with us again this year. It is a real treat to see families return to us each year. The friendship we develop lasts a lifetime.
Hal's son Trey had grown about 2 foot taller since the last time I saw him. Trey is growing up and it is fun to watch him each year as he matures. It is especially fun to watch him catch a few fish with his father, uncles and his grandfather.
Mr. Hal, Sr. also got down there to show his three sons how to catch fish. He has some fine sons and grandchildren. Sons, Keith and Chad also got free to go with us on this eight hour charter.
We caught some nice Red Snapper, King Mackerel and Amberjack on this charter. The waters south of Orange Beach, Alabama are loaded up with fish this time of the year. The bite was good all day.
We expected the current to be moving from the west like it has been for the past two weeks. To our surprise, it backed off today and we got to use more lighter tackle to catch these saltwater trophies.
We look forward to next years fishing charter. I imagine, Trey will be a little taller and eating his parents out of house and home. Either way, it is great to see good friends return to enjoy fishing with us.
